Great design: The main ingredient for an effective great looking sign!!

OK firstly when buying a sign you should consider the following:

Materials (How long does the sign need to last)

Cost (cost versus effectiveness)

Location (are you fitting your sign in the most productive location)

So now you’ve established these factors your ready to order your new sign?

But before we start let’s consider a major factor!! DESIGN!! Bad design can make a huge difference between a sign being fit for purpose. Attention to detail is a must so your sign attracts new business or communicates a message of massive importance.

A classic mistake is a busy sign!! Companies that try to say too much, remember less is more. A clean looking sign that briefly illustrates why potential clients would buy from you is much better than a sign that tells us everything you do. Remember we live in busy society, so people don’t take the time to read paragraphs of unnecessary text.

Rather than have a simple rectangular sign why not consider a shaped sign? This will be prominent in a busy environment where signs are everywhere.

Here at North Star we take the time to educate our clients and ensure a choice of varied designs are on offer. Combined with a FREE site survey we can help establish an effective location and offer great design to ensure your sign maximises your brand awareness.
